29 Hamilton road is a small infill site in High Wycombe, located between two existing houses and with a TPO tree to the front and one to the rear,
so a tricky site. But following the submission of very detailed foundation and services designs, we have successfully achieved planning, not the biggest project
but certainly one of the most challenging.

In December 2018, we were runners up in a RIBA International competition for the new Johnson Matthey Innovation Centre.
Following 36 entries from around the world, we were shortlisted amongst world renowned practices Wilkinson Eyre, Hawkins Brown and Design Engine.
We were then shortlisted to the last two, Napier Clarke and Hawkins Brown, unfortunately narrowly missing out to HB.
