The housing scheme incorporates an existing Victorian gatehouse lodge that served the neighbouring manor and a former Edwardian boathouse that had been used as offices, workspace and storage. 
We have created 9 new riverside houses, with the form and facade articulation of the new referencing the Old boathouse creating a contextual modern response to the site.
