The Old Boathouse in Taplow has been shortlisted for the Retrofit & Reuse Awards 2026 in the Adaptive Reuse into Residential category. The project transforms a previously underused and dilapidated brownfield site into eight riverfront homes, retaining and celebrating the character and heritage of the existing Victorian gatehouse and Edwardian boathouse.
