Following an advert in the Architect’s Journal, twenty six architects, from across the country, submitted

an expression of interest with five being shortlisted. From this Napier Clarke won, having created a scheme

that met the clients aspirations.

The scheme was to design an exceptional new scheme attached to a Grade II listed property. With the brief

requesting a ‘bold renovation’ and a ‘daring new complementary building’, this has allowed Napier Clarke

to challenge itself in an exciting new project.
